Guarantee and after-sales service 

1.All items are checked carefully before shipment in order to make sure that they work rightly. But if happened to receive the defective items, please contact us within 7 working days after you receive the item.

2.We will accept your returning and exchange of items within 7 working day after you receive the items,  you will  bear the cost of returning fees.

3. All goods are guaranteed for 6 months, if goods do not work in the warranty period, you can return back to us for repairing. You only undertake the extra shipping fees

Customs & duty 

1.    For customs decoration, we will claim it as “plastic toys “or “crafts” with low value. Usually, for most countries, it won’t charge any duty. sellers are not responsible for tax
